Wash and slice apples.
Arrange one (1) layer of sliced apples on a serving plate. To keep apples from browning too quickly, squeeze a little bit of lemon juice on top, if desired.
Melt the Peanut Butter in the microwave for ~30 seconds until it is a smooth, liquid consistency.
Drizzle 1 Tablespoon of peanut butter over the first layer of apples. Sprinkle with ¼ cup of Sun-Maid Raisins.
Repeat the process with the remaining apples, peanut butter and Sun-Maid Raisins.
